3 Day No Hassle Return Policy

Have you ever purchased something, realized it didn’t fit after you took it home, but feared the hassle of returning it? The Penske Promise is your assurance that if you don’t love your new vehicle purchase, for whatever reason, just bring it back, no questions asked.

Within the first 3 business days or 500 miles from date of purchase, whichever comes first, the actual purchaser or retail leasee may return an eligible New or Pre-owned Vehicle to Penske Chevrolet! Yes, that means if you are not satisfied with your Penske purchase you can return it to Penske Chevrolet. All returns must be made during normal operating hours. The vehicle must be returned to Penske Chevrolet during the applicable time period in the same condition as it was upon delivery to the purchaser, subject to normal wear and tear. The Purchaser will receive credit for the amounts paid toward the vehicle returned. This program is limited to one eligible vehicle per customer during any twelve-month period.
